We are situated in the town centre of La Paloma, just one block away from the beach, and one block away from de principal avenue, where you can find a huge variety of services. Because of its peaceful atmosphere, you fill yourself away but at the same time near to La Paloma night summer's scene.

La Paloma it's a cape which goes into the sea in south direction, what makes it be surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches in Uruguay, all of them with different characteristics: from la Bahia which is a water mirror perfect for practicing sailing, and wind-water sports, going through rocky beaches appropriated for scuba-diving, to some well known beaches by internationals surfers, having always one of them with correct wind conditions.

The northern right whale visits our coasts while it is doing its annual migration to Peninsula Valdés in La Patagonia, Argentina; it makes La Paloma a favourable place to see them between August and November.

Rocha department, where La Paloma is situated, counts with a enormous variety of natural attractives: it's no limit coastline with its beautiful and most of them still virgin beaches, its lagoons and ¨humedales¨ which were denominated ¨reserva de biosfera bañados del este¨(natural reserve), hills, palm trees fields, ombue´s woods, Valizas dunes, Cabo Polonio´s sea dogs natural reserve, etc.

The area also has historical monuments which remains colonial times such as Santa Teresa fortress, and San Miguel fort.

As La Paloma has an important travelling infrastructure, it is an ideal place to star a journey in which you'll get to know the beauty of these area.
